Common questions

We understand that you may have some questions as you start using our software. Here are some of the most common questions we receive, along with their answers.

How do I check if I'm in a botted playlist?

Go to the Search page and paste your Spotify Artist Profile URL (right-click your profile in Spotify > Share > Copy link).

You’ll be taken to your artist page, where a banner at the top will show if you're currently in any botted playlists. It'll say either:
"In 0 botted playlists" or "In X botted playlists" depending on what we detect.

What do I do if I'm in a botted playlist?

If you suspect you're in a botted playlist, document the suspicious activity, notify your distributor or label, and report the playlist using Spotify's Playlist Reporter Form. If possible, contact the curator directly. Being linked to artificial growth can harm your visibility and reputation on streaming platforms.

How do I submit to playlists?

We're more like a contact directory than a direct submission site.

  1. Go to the Playlist Search page.

  2. Use the search bar to type in a genre, mood, similar artist, etc.

  3. Use the Contacts filter to choose how you want to submit (email, Instagram, SubmitHub, Groover, etc).

  4. We automatically filter out botted playlists—you’ll only see real, active ones.

  5. Click a playlist, go to the Contacts tab, and you’ll see how to reach out—either by visiting their submission link, Instagram, or sending a personalized email using our pre-filled template.

You’ll need the Artist Access plan to unlock contact details, but you can still see which playlists have contact info on the free plan.
