Join a team from an invitation
Accept a team invitation to join an artist.tools workspace and share resources under unified billing.
Before you accept
You need an artist.tools account
Invitations expire after 7 days
Joining a team will cancel your individual subscription and prorate any unused time
You can only belong to one team at a time
Accept an invitation
Click the invitation link in your email (for example,
https://app.artist.tools/settings/teams/invite/{token})Log in to your artist.tools account if you aren't already
Review the invitation details on the Team Invitation page, including:
Team name
Who sent the invitation
Your assigned role
Your plan type
Expiration status
Click Join Team
You'll see a success message and be redirected to the team dashboard
Common issues
"Invalid or expired invitation"
Invitation links expire after 7 days. Ask the team administrator to send a new invitation.
Cannot access the invitation page
Make sure you're logged in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you used a different email to sign up, contact the team administrator to resend the invitation to the correct address.
Invitation acceptance fails
The team may have payment issues. Contact the team owner to verify their billing status, then try again in a few moments.
Already on a team
You can only belong to one team at a time. Leave your current team before accepting a new invitation.
After joining
Your individual subscription is automatically canceled and prorated. You'll receive a credit for any unused time. You'll now have access to team resources based on your assigned role and plan type.
To leave the team later, go to the Overview tab on the team dashboard and click Leave Team next to your name.
